About the Role

Sigma Computing Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Strategic Partnerships efforts. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan to engage with key System Integrators (SIs) and Consultants, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, source, and onboard a portfolio of SI partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively market and sell Sigma's solutions.
  • Partner Solutions and Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to develop verticalized solutions with SI partners, reducing friction in sales cycles and driving tailored business outcomes.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of Partner Alliance Managers, providing guidance and support to execute on channel strategy and partner development initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement and Alignment: Work closely with the Sigma Enablement team to equip partner sales teams with the tools and resources needed to sell effectively, ensuring alignment with Sigma's sales leadership.
  • Co-Marketing and Relationship Management: Develop a co-marketing framework and build strong relationships with SI partners through regular communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
  • Performance Monitoring and Market Analysis: Track partner performance, evaluate effectiveness, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and refine the channel strategy.
  • Revenue Growth and In-Market Presence: Drive revenue growth through the partner ecosystem, setting targets and working with partners to achieve them, and representing Sigma at relevant industry events.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, alliances, and/or business development in the Cloud/Technology Ecosystem, with leadership experience a plus.
  • Sales DNA and a deep passion for being curious, always seeking ways to improve partnerships and differentiate Sigma's offerings.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track progress, and articulate program results.
  • Interest in the Modern data stack and Cloud ecosystem.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
