Client Relationship Management

You will oversee global operations for high-priority clients, which entails regular communication and occasional travel to foster and strengthen enduring partnerships.

Team Leadership

In your capacity as Senior Media Account Executive, you will lead a team comprising Analysts, Coordinators, and Associate Account Directors, ensuring they excel at every phase of the campaign. You will also contribute to their recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development as we strive to cultivate a top-tier team.

Strategic Insight Development

As a leader within our Media team, you will cultivate and maintain expertise in the digital platforms we utilize, offering insights and analyses on the campaigns under your supervision. By staying abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, emerging platforms, and advancements in programmatic advertising, you will actively contribute to shaping our internal strategies for new platforms and collaborate with clients to facilitate testing.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or a related field;
  • Over 10 years of experience in an agency setting;
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Google Ads is essential, with familiarity in Snap Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager being advantageous;
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex clients with annual media budgets exceeding $2 million;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Experience in leading a team of direct reports;
  • A high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism;
  • Curiosity, which is a vital trait across all roles within our organization.
