Key Responsibilities

  2. Craft Compelling Brand Storytelling: Craft positioning brand storytelling with compelling and persuasive key messages and themes that elevate the overall brand narrative.
  3. Lead Influencer and Social Media Strategy: Lead the development and execution of influencer and social media strategies that create meaningful storytelling around the brand and our products.
  4. Develop and Manage Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders to amplify the company's message and drive product adoption.
  5. Manage a Team: Manage a team of 4-5 reports, including Copywriting, Public Relations, Influencers, and Social Media.
Requirements
  1. 10+ Years of Communications and Influencer Marketing Experience: Proven experience in communications and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of the premium beauty and skincare industries.
  2. Premium Beauty Brand Experience: Experience working with premium beauty brands, with a strong understanding of the industry trends and landscape.
  3. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a global/matrixed business environment, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  4. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages that resonate with key stakeholders.
