About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts for DDx, a revolutionary AI-driven, case-based learning tool for medical students. As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to bring DDx to market and drive adoption among medical schools and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a sales and marketing plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Market Introduction and Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to introduce DDx to new markets, including medical schools, nursing, physician assistant, and international medical schools.
  • Pricing and Packaging Strategies: Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and refine pricing and packaging strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase product visibility.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully bringing enterprise products to market within the medical education, health education, or enterprise health training industry.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to solving problems and executing strategies.
  • Experience in Scaling Sales and Marketing Operations: Experience in scaling sales and marketing operations from inception.
  • Strong Sales Planning and Execution Skills: Strong skills in sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptive startup environment.
