Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator who brings a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR coordination or a comparable administrative role.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience in an HR Coordinator position or similar.
- Familiarity with HR processes, employment legislation, and compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR software (preferably ADP WorkforceNow) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
- Maintain accurate records of employee certifications using appropriate software.
- Update and manage employee records in HR systems and shared drives.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents for HR and Legal departments.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and record-keeping systems.
- Support the HR team in managing employee benefits programs.
- Provide assistance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to HR Generalists or Compliance teams as necessary.

Compensation:
Hourly rate ranges from $22 to $26.
