Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Systems Analyst to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. The successful candidate will facilitate the coordination and integration of program-related activities through vendor-supported software and assist during the transition from the previous system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Support: Participate in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, with a focus on customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability. Assist the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborate with others to support short- and long-term goals and priorities for the department.
  • Project Execution: Execute assigned projects by following project plans and recommend alterations if necessary to meet business needs and/or data collection needs. Evaluate, analyze, design, and maintain system configuration data, work process design and flow, and make alterations or improvements to maximize programs and technology to meet business and data requirements within the constraints of the system.
  • System Configuration: Develop and produce solutions for assigned projects. Work closely with vendors, department staff, and end users to research and resolve system and/or user problems. Perform functional configuration tasks for modules and tables to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, and enhancements and perform testing and troubleshoot related issues.
  • System Analysis: Analyze systems and make recommendations for process flow and data storage. Assist with test plans, user documentation, and training. Perform in-depth data validation, system testing, and auditing. Analyze program logic vendor changes and project technical infrastructure impacts.
  • Business Support: Work with business departments to assist with their requirements, provide options and methods to accomplish preferred results, quality analytics data to their satisfaction for program implementation to production, and provide advanced technical support for applicable business staff using the system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, human resources, or a related field required, plus five years of HRIS technical application support experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Two years of system support experience required.
  • Two years of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques required.
  • Third-party vendor solution configuration experience required.
  • Five years of human resources experience in health services, preferred.
  • Experience with system interfaces and data mapping and working knowledge of DayForce and ADP Workforce Now, preferred.
  • Implementation experience, preferred.
