We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administrative capacity or as an HR Coordinator.
- Familiarity with HR software systems, preferably ADP WorkforceNow.
- A solid understanding of HR procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in an HR Coordinator role or similar administrative position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR software (ADP WorkforceNow preferred) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare offer letters and employment contracts for candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly, and conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
- Monitor and maintain employee certifications using appropriate record-keeping software.
- Update and manage employee records in ADP and shared drives.
- Assist in preparing legal documentation for HR and Legal departments.
- Support the HR team with regular audits of HR systems and record-keeping platforms.
- Aid in administering employee benefits programs.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to HR Generalists or Compliance teams as necessary.

Salary range is $22-26 per hour.
