Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the processes of employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job advertisements, screening applications, and organizing interviews.
  • Support strategic initiatives concerning workforce management.
  • Conduct performance assessments and offer constructive feedback to leadership.
  • Utilize HR information systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP for effective data management.
  • Implement and oversee performance management protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve HR functions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR administration or similar positions.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Strong grasp of strategic planning within human resources.
  • Proficient in HRIS software including Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP.
  • Experience in managing performance evaluations and employee assessments.
