Position Summary

Our esteemed client in the healthcare sector is in search of a dedicated and experienced TEMP - Senior Human Resources Analyst to become a vital part of their team.

The Senior Human Resources Analyst will oversee the coordination and integration of program-related functions through vendor-supported software solutions. The role involves assisting in the deployment of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and supporting daily departmental operations during the transition from the previous system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Support (95%): Engage in a mission-driven culture emphasizing high-quality performance, focusing on customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability. Collaborate with the team to fulfill departmental responsibilities and support both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Execute assigned projects by adhering to project plans and recommending adjustments as necessary to meet business and data collection needs.
  • Evaluate, analyze, design, and maintain system configuration data and workflow processes, making improvements to optimize programs and technology in alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and deliver solutions for assigned projects, working closely with vendors, departmental staff, and end users to troubleshoot and resolve system or user issues.
  • Perform functional configuration tasks for modules and tables to address requests for fixes, changes, and enhancements, while conducting testing and troubleshooting related issues.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new modules and system enhancements.
  • Analyze systems and propose recommendations for process flow and data storage.
  • Assist with test plans, user documentation, and training initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough data validation, system testing, and auditing processes.
  • Analyze vendor changes in program logic and assess impacts on project technical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business departments to understand their requirements, providing options and methods to achieve desired outcomes, and delivering quality analytical data for program implementation.
  • Additional Duties (5%): Complete other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, human resources, or a related field, along with five (5) years of HRIS technical application support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of system support experience.
  • Two years of experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in configuring third-party vendor solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in human resources within the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with system interfaces, data mapping, and knowledge of DayForce and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience in implementation processes.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with leadership, staff, and external contacts across diverse backgrounds.
  • Capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple projects and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Ability to motivate and lead multi-program teams and external committees.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and job-specific applications.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to visually read information from computer screens and printed materials.
  • Clear enunciation in verbal communication.
  • Hearing ability for effective communication via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manual dexterity for typing, writing, and performing various physical tasks.
  • Capability to lift and move objects weighing between 10 to 25 pounds.
Work Environment

Work is typically conducted indoors in a sedentary environment, subject to schedule changes and variable hours, with travel as needed. There are no harmful environmental conditions associated with this position, and the noise level is generally moderate.
