Job Overview

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a strong history of meeting sales targets? We are in search of an outside sales executive who can implement a strategic sales approach to cultivate new and enhance existing client relationships. Compensation Structure:

Projected earnings range from $75,000 to $125,000 based on performance, plus benefits.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Quickly assess potential clients by identifying key decision-makers, challenges, competition, budget constraints, timelines, and other possible barriers.
  • Present our solutions to prospects through engaging sales presentations, negotiate agreements, and secure contract signatures.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to effectively educate prospects and clients on our unique offerings.
  • Exceed monthly revenue targets and engage in sales-generating activities.
  • Efficiently manage your sales leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline while consistently introducing new target clients.
  • Conduct daily sales routes and appointments.
  • Participate in industry organizations and attend trade shows, expos, meetings, and networking events.
  • Organize and attend one-on-one meetings, company presentations for clients, and social gatherings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Executive to relay customer feedback.
  • Work with team members to resolve client issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Adhere to the established business plan.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
  • High school diploma required; industry or product knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Team-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual with a focus on service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or related marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Workspace.
  • High energy, urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Competent in utilizing CRM systems for managing prospects and clients.
  • Ability to create a positive first impression.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Must reside in the Los Angeles or Orange County area.
