About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Lucid Motors. As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide timely and effective support to our owners, addressing their questions, concerns, and escalations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating owner events, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Project Management: Manage key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Customer Relations team, developing project plans, preparing presentations, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Customer Relations team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments to address and resolve owner inquiries and concerns.
  • Customer Loyalty: Cultivate customer loyalty by consistently delivering a world-class experience, exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a strong background in project management and customer relations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM management, preferably in Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
What We Offer

Lucid Motors offers a competitive salary range of $94,000-$115,000 USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program.
