Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued members. Your ability to connect with individuals and provide effective solutions will contribute significantly to our mission.
Work Schedule: This role requires commitment to a five-day work week, encompassing eight-hour shifts. Days off will be scheduled to include either Saturday or Sunday, along with another weekday.
Shift Options:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Compensation: The starting pay for this position ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to our credit union members, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Act as a representative of our brand, embodying positivity and confidence in every interaction.
- Identify and resolve member inquiries, whether related to online banking, account details, or general questions, including processing loan applications.
- Ensure follow-through on commitments, demonstrating reliability and thoroughness in all tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Personable and outgoing individuals who genuinely enjoy assisting others.
- Team players willing to work various shifts to support our 24/7 operations.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred.
- Experience in a call center or financial institution is advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills are essential for efficiently managing member interactions.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
