Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat from both potential and existing customers.
- Provide detailed information regarding vehicle inventory, pricing, promotional offers, and dealership services.
- Coordinate appointments for sales consultations, service visits, and follow-up communications.
- Foster and maintain customer relationships through consistent and proactive communication.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, service, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
