In the role of a Sales Support Specialist, you will facilitate the movement of freight through both outbound and inbound communication. Your responsibilities will include negotiating service rates with our extensive network of existing carriers while also nurturing new relationships. We seek an individual who can effectively interact with diverse personality types and possesses the capability to evaluate needs, prioritize tasks, schedule effectively, and ensure that individual, team, and organizational objectives are achieved to enhance the division.

This position will report directly to a Capacity Manager Coach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support.

  • Assisting Account Managers in achieving their weekly targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with both outbound and inbound calling.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
