Position Overview:

Work Schedule: This role requires a commitment of five days per week, with eight-hour shifts. Your days off will be scheduled during the week, including either Saturday or Sunday.

Shift Options:

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour or more, depending on your experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to our credit union members, ensuring their needs are met.

  • Identify and resolve member issues, offering solutions for inquiries related to accounts, online banking, and more.
  • Ensure follow-through on commitments, maintaining high standards of service.

Candidate Profile:

  • We seek outgoing and personable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • Flexibility to work one of the available shifts is essential.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in a call center or financial institution is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary for efficient service delivery.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
