Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will serve as a Customer Support Specialist at Michigan First Credit Union, where your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our valued members.
Work Schedule: This role requires a commitment of five days per week, with eight-hour shifts. Your days off will be scheduled during the week, including either Saturday or Sunday.
Shift Options:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour or more, depending on your experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to our credit union members, ensuring their needs are met.
- Act as a representative of our brand, embodying positivity and confidence.
- Identify and resolve member issues, offering solutions for inquiries related to accounts, online banking, and more.
- Ensure follow-through on commitments, maintaining high standards of service.
Candidate Profile:
- We seek outgoing and personable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.
- Flexibility to work one of the available shifts is essential.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in a call center or financial institution is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills are necessary for efficient service delivery.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
