Work Schedule: 34-40 hours per week, 5 days a week
Compensation: Hourly pay with opportunities for monthly bonuses. Anticipate earning $17+ per hour, with the potential to exceed $25+ per hour monthly.
This role is crucial within our dealership. You will ensure that our guests are well-informed and aware that we are here to support them in their vehicle purchasing journey. As the primary contact for our online customers, you will follow up on our customer database, providing guidance and assistance both before they visit the dealership and after their purchase.
No Cold Calling Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting over 100 calls/texts daily to prospective customers
- Sending follow-up emails to maintain customer engagement
- Enhancing customer retention by staying in touch with our guests and ensuring they receive timely information
Experience in customer service or call centers is highly beneficial. This position involves making over 100 connections each day from a desk environment.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license.
