- Stay up-to-date on Guardian's products and solutions, using this knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide expert advice.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer system problems, creating service tickets as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a unified and customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
