Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the service area.
- Engage with clients to assess their automotive requirements and provide precise information.
- Coordinate service appointments and oversee the service timetable to guarantee prompt and effective service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving them professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and update service records and customer profiles within the service management system.
- Ensure the service area remains clean and organized, including customer waiting zones and service bays.
- Inform clients about current promotions and special offers.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive field is preferred.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage and protect confidential information.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
