Position Overview:

As a vital member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued members. Your role will involve engaging with clients over the phone, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a commitment of five days a week, with eight-hour shifts. Days off will include either Saturday or Sunday, along with one weekday.

Available Shifts:

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Compensation: The starting pay for this role is $18.00 per hour or more, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to our credit union members, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Act as a representative of our brand, embodying a cheerful and confident demeanor.
  • Identify and resolve member issues effectively, whether related to online banking, account details, or general inquiries.
  • Ensure follow-through on commitments and maintain attention to detail in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and personable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • Availability to work one of the three shifts offered.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in a call center or financial institution is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to perform transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly interaction.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
