Position: Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and efficient approach.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
  • Familiarize yourself with various departments to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Welcome all customers, manage donations, and issue receipts.
  • Cross-train to support backroom donation processing and other operational tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.


Preferred Experience:
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in operating cash registers, adding machines, credit card machines, and telephones.
  • Ability to adhere to pricing guidelines and follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Basic math skills and sound judgment are essential.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds, as well as stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and climates.
