Position Highlights:
The Sales & Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role at Scenthound, concentrating on selling memberships while delivering exceptional service to every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
- Achieve key performance indicators such as average ticket price and rebooking ratios
- Generate leads for memberships and follow up with potential clients
- Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage customer records
- Oversee cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage customer expectations and resolve any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, particularly in membership sales
- Strong background in customer service (retail or restaurant preferred)
- Proficient in technology and computer systems
- A genuine passion for dogs and their well-being
- Reliable transportation
