- Cannabis Product Expertise: Offer expert recommendations to customers on cannabis products, including therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Patient Intake: Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately receive, prepare, and complete patient orders and sales using our point-of-sale system.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all activities, including customer records, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient information, adhering to HIPAA compliance standards.
- Conflict Resolution: Appropriately escalate customer conflicts or complaints, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brands.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the store on a daily basis.
For our NETA (MA) and Surterra Wellness (FL) markets, you will be required to work a hybrid guide role, which may involve working in-store or on delivery based on business needs. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA-compliant paperwork.
Requirements- Age: 21 or older.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Identification: Valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
- Availability: Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: 1 year in retail or a related industry where customer service is critical.
- Computer Skills: Constantly operating a computer and other office machinery.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve in a timely and professional manner.
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite proficient level.
For our NETA (MA) and Surterra Wellness (FL) markets, you will need a Class D Driver's License (Massachusetts) or Class E Driver's License (Florida). You must also present a current DMV printout with no major violations within the last 7 years.
Preferred Qualifications- Cannabis Industry Experience: Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
- Stationary Position: Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for prolonged periods during the shift.
- Lifting: Ability to assist with lifting stock and materials.
- Mobility: Occasionally positions self to retrieve product or material in the store throughout the duration of the shift.
For our NETA (MA) and Surterra Wellness (FL) markets, you must be able to remain in a seated position inside the vehicle for extended periods and be able to pick up heavy items to load (50 or more lbs.) onto a vehicle.
