Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at IronRidge. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales efforts in the Northeast region, working closely with our distributors, installers, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and national installers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in the Northeast region.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and training sessions to educate customers and partners on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to develop strategies to address any challenges.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Northeast region.
