Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Away from Home team in executing a selling strategy in assigned restaurant accounts. The successful candidate will manage key customer relationships, both internally and externally, and drive sales growth through fact-based selling methods.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and train a team of FSRs to exceed sales goals and volume within defined territories
- Leverage Sales Enablement tools to develop FSRs and drive sales growth
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned restaurant accounts through fact-based selling methods
- Execute existing restaurant customer contracts and lead customer renewals
- Align with customers on executional framework, including quarterly meetings, shared tactics, and regular report-outs to PepsiCo leadership teams and field teams
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Ensure customers comply with PBC contract requirements
- Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities
- Understand the impact of sales and financial decisions on PepsiCo Food Service and Bottler P&Ls
- Provide regular business reviews
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle, and can volume growth
- Leverage PBNA Marketing resources to grow restaurant partnerships
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, MBA a plus
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs periodically
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
