Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Away from Home team in executing a selling strategy in assigned restaurant accounts. The successful candidate will manage key customer relationships, both internally and externally, and drive sales growth through fact-based selling methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train a team of FSRs to exceed sales goals and volume within defined territories
  • Leverage Sales Enablement tools to develop FSRs and drive sales growth
  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned restaurant accounts through fact-based selling methods
  • Execute existing restaurant customer contracts and lead customer renewals
  • Align with customers on executional framework, including quarterly meetings, shared tactics, and regular report-outs to PepsiCo leadership teams and field teams
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers comply with PBC contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Understand the impact of sales and financial decisions on PepsiCo Food Service and Bottler P&Ls
  • Provide regular business reviews
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle, and can volume growth
  • Leverage PBNA Marketing resources to grow restaurant partnerships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, MBA a plus
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently
  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs periodically
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
