Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Kya Services, LLC. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting Regional Advisors in creating and maintaining a strong customer base in our specified territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets and key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Develop thorough knowledge of our product lines, including maintenance needs and installation requirements
  • Collect and enter relevant client information into our KUE/HubSpot system
  • Follow up on quote status to ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Deliver quotes to clients and follow up as necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions regarding quotes
  • Create new support tickets for marketing, technical, and other departments as needed
  • Send purchase orders and signed quotes to the Contracts department for processing
  • Follow up with Operations on install and delivery dates and notify clients
  • Visit installs as necessary and serve as a site coordinator when assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Facilitate signed work releases and forward to the Operations Department
  • Take before and after photos of installs as necessary
  • Assist with taking marketing-quality photos of jobs
  • Understand how to estimate jobs and be able to measure indoor and outdoor projects
  • Assist the Operations Department with scheduling work as needed
  • Assist the Accounting Department with collections as needed
  • Have a basic understanding of all KYA purchasing contracts
  • Expense all items in a timely manner using Expensify
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Attend various events, including trade shows, conventions, and presentations as a representative of Kya Services, LLC
  • Set up and break down trade show events
  • Understand and uphold the Kya Kreed and Mission Statement
  • Travel around California to support Regional Advisors
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years of related experience
  • Basic proficiency in utilizing measuring tools
  • Basic computer and tablet knowledge
  • Ability to work well with others
Language and Math Skills
  • Read and interpret documents such as measure sheets and procedure manuals
  • Write routine reports and correspondence
  • Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Reasoning and Computer Skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Email
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Sales Coordinator will work from either the Corporate office or in the field, with occasional extended stays at hotels and away from home due to sales calls, trade shows, and other functions. The physical demands of this job include sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, talking or hearing, and occasionally standing and walking. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
