Your Role:

We are excited to welcome a new member to our compliance team. In a highly regulated sector, it is essential to have a meticulous and compliance-focused individual on board. If you possess a keen eye for detail, can uphold confidentiality in all circumstances, and can swiftly adapt to changing priorities, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

In this position, you will concentrate on ensuring adherence to federal, state, and other regulatory agency requirements. Your responsibilities will include monitoring field operations, analyzing reports to aid management in assessing agent performance and overall compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations. You will also assist in securing approvals from relevant regulatory bodies and maintaining compliance with periodic filing obligations.

  • Proficient technical skills with a quick aptitude for evolving technologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory standards for insurance entities.
  • Outstanding time management skills with the capability to prioritize tasks amidst changing demands.

Requirements to Join Our Team:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory product filing (or SERFF) is preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities, along with a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Willingness to work from our office location.
