Your Responsibilities:

In this role, your primary focus will be ensuring adherence to the requirements set forth by federal, state, and other regulatory bodies. You will be tasked with monitoring field operations, including analyzing reports that aid management in assessing agent performance and overall compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will assist in securing approvals from relevant regulatory agencies and maintaining compliance with periodic filing obligations.

  • Proficient technical skills with a capacity to quickly adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory requirements applicable to insurance firms.
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks amidst changing demands.

Requirements to Join Our Team:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory product filing (or SERFF) is preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities, coupled with the capacity to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Consistent and predictable attendance is essential.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Willingness to work from our office location.
