The Learning Development Specialist collaborates with colleagues to ensure outstanding service within the Policy Administration Division. Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a contact center within the insurance or financial services sector
- Preferred 3 years of experience in life insurance and/or annuities
- Preferred 1 year of experience in coaching or training roles
Educational Background:
- High School Diploma is mandatory
- Associate's Degree is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Work Environment:
- Business Travel: Not required
