Your Role:

We are excited to invite a detail-oriented individual to join our compliance team in this highly regulated sector. If you possess a keen eye for detail, can uphold confidentiality in all circumstances, and can swiftly adapt to changing priorities, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

In this position, your primary focus will be on ensuring adherence to the requirements set forth by federal, state, and other regulatory bodies. You will be tasked with monitoring field operations, which includes analyzing reports that aid management in assessing agent performance and overall compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will assist in securing approvals from relevant regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with periodic filing obligations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient technical skills with a quick learning ability for evolving technologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to maintain compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory standards applicable to insurance firms.
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks amidst shifting demands.

Requirements to Join Our Team:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a preference for at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with regulatory product filing (or SERFF) is preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Willingness to work from our office location.
