Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our Casualty team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients in the Energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries, ensuring seamless communication within the Service team.
  • Prepare, process, and review various essential documents, including certificates of insurance, Auto ID cards, and endorsements.
  • Analyze client exposure data to inform risk management strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive client service plans and manage mid-term adjustments as necessary.
  • Lead and coordinate the efforts of team members to ensure optimal account management.
  • Oversee new client setup and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
  • Handle premium finance agreements and ensure the accuracy of invoicing.
  • Summarize loss runs and advocate for clients during the claims process.
  • Engage with clients to deepen understanding of their accounts and identify potential opportunities.
  • Participate in the marketing process, including contacting markets and preparing proposals.
  • Attend Continuing Education classes to enhance professional knowledge.
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Proactive approach to meeting service requirements with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Preferred: College degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with a valid Property and Casualty Producer license.
