Account Executive

At Diverzify, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for guiding our customers in selecting and purchasing the appropriate flooring option for their commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their flooring needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Work with suppliers, architects, designers, and contractors to choose products that fit the customer's budget and meet their needs.
- Present flooring solutions to architects, designers, and end-users to educate them on the benefits of our products and services.
- Submit material and labor pricing quotes to existing, new, or potential clients.
- Work with the project team to coordinate RFI's & submittals, order materials and coordinate deliveries, labor, and installation with the customer.
- Ensure quality control and timely installation of flooring projects.
- Manage projects in conjunction with the project coordinator or installation supervisor.
- Help solve problems and ensure that the jobs are installed properly.
- A High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Previous sales experience or building science/construction management or advanced commercial floor installation experience is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motorized vehicle.
- Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints.
- 2+ years of experience in channel distribution sales.
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Strong math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
