As an Enterprise Account Executive at Spectrum Enterprise, you will partner with clients to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic plans to meet client needs.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to pursue those opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  3. Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, leveraging Spectrum Enterprise's cutting-edge technology and expertise.
  4. Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and driving repeat business.

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks.
  • Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
  • Quick learner, deadline-driven, and the ability to manage change and shifting priorities.
  • Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience selling telecommunications products.
