Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Spectrum Enterprise, you will partner with clients to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic plans to meet client needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to pursue those opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, leveraging Spectrum Enterprise's cutting-edge technology and expertise.
- Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and driving repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks.
- Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
- Quick learner, deadline-driven, and the ability to manage change and shifting priorities.
- Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience selling telecommunications products.
