Position Overview:
The role of the Receptionist is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors at CLEAR CHOICE DERMATOLOGY LLC. This position involves greeting and assisting patients, managing their check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, guiding them through the check-in process.
- Ensure accurate entry and updating of patient demographics and verification of insurance information.
- Manage the completion of necessary paperwork and security protocols.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Assist patients during the check-out process, providing information on treatment plans and future appointments.
- Handle financial transactions, including collection of outstanding balances and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring readiness for daily operations.
- Adhere to all compliance regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
