Position Overview

Organization Background

America Votes serves as the central hub for the progressive movement, orchestrating collaborative efforts among a broad coalition of over 400 state and national partner organizations. Our mission is to promote progressive policies, secure electoral victories, and safeguard the voting rights of every American. Operating nationally and in more than 20 states, America Votes provides a variety of services to its partners, including strategic planning, advocacy, electoral campaign coordination, data analytics, and leadership in critical states.

Commitment to Racial Equity

As a leader in mobilizing voters and defending voting rights, America Votes is dedicated to fostering racial equity within our organization and throughout our coalition. We recognize the systemic racism that affects all aspects of society, particularly the fundamental right to vote. Our approach acknowledges the intersections of gender, sexuality, and other forms of oppression with race, and how these dynamics contribute to the inequities faced by our staff, partners, and the communities we serve.
