About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Director of Voter Engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of Wisconsinites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a statewide voter engagement plan in partnership with our leadership team.
  • Assist in planning logistics with our operations team to ensure we have the resources necessary to achieve our goals.
  • Prepare and execute necessary voter engagement programs, including packet production.
  • Work with our leadership team and cross-departmentally to ensure that all departments are aligned around voter engagement goals and program needs.
  • Track and manage staging location and office preparedness for voter engagement across the state.
  • Monitor and respond to all voter engagement-related needs within the campaign.
