Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Acknowledgment Process:

  • Manage the acknowledgment process for leadership figures, including generating regular gift reports, requesting development notes, and customizing acknowledgment letters.
  • Develop and update leadership acknowledgment letter templates bi-annually.
  • Distribute monthly thank you cards for recurring gifts.

Lead Key Stewardship Initiatives:

  • Coordinate planning meetings and document actionable items.
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners to drive projects to completion.
  • Current initiatives include Faculty Staff Giving Campaign, SMPH Investiture, and various cause-based impact reports.

Execute Tier-Based Impact Reporting Program:

  • Assist in proofreading and editing beneficiary responses.
  • Utilize design tools for layout and presentation of responses.
  • Support the assembly and distribution of reports to donors.

Manage Memorial and Tribute Notification Program:

  • Review data reports and send tribute letters regularly.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries from staff and donors.
  • Collaborate with the central stewardship team on best practices.

Support Faculty Investiture Celebrations:

  • Manage logistics for ordering medallions and plaques for honorees.

Lead Thankview Campaigns:

  • Develop and implement Thankview campaigns.
  • Provide guidance on video recording and email campaign strategies.

Canva Leadership:

  • Create reports and stewardship materials using existing templates.
  • Share expertise and best practices in design.
  • Collaborate with marketing for new template requests.

Donor Recognition Support:

  • Update naming opportunities in the GiftMap platform.
  • Draft copy for naming opportunities.
  • Conduct audits of donor signage within facilities.
  • Coordinate with facilities for the installation of donor recognition signage.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management, stewardship, or donor relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in customer service and relationship building.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with design software like Canva is preferred.
  • Familiarity with donor management software is a plus.
