Sales and Business Development Manager for Creator Monetization

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-obsessed Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Creator Monetization team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving awareness and adoption of our creator monetization solutions among brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute external facing strategies to promote our creator monetization solutions to brands and businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with agencies to execute B2B events and activations that showcase the value of our creator monetization solutions.
  • Maintain and update scaled resources such as monthly newsletters and internal wiki to highlight available opportunities for brands and sales collateral for AEs.
  • Drive program adoption for CN sellers by creating mechanisms and offerings that enable CN seller investment.
  • Act as the single-threaded owner for all inbound requests from Ad sales and vet the email inbox regularly.
  • Own all post-sale execution for net-new monetizable influencer products that grow revenue and earning opportunities for creators.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience creating effective marketing collateral to showcase value proposition of a program.
  • Experience scaling a program through one-to-many mechanisms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
  • Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience in event production and execution.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
