Job Title: Product Manager - Safety and Monetization

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Monetization Trust and Safety team at TikTok. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving complex projects independently, defining the safety product roadmap, and setting success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and partner across the organization to develop action plans
- Focus on building effective and scalable features or tools for monetization safety success;
- Work closely with issue experts, and policy teams, as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success;
- Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher degree or its equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in product management in tech companies
- Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of delivering value-adding products based on deep understanding of the business, or organizational/process revamps that benefit the business
- Good project management and communication skills, able to influence and unite cross-functional teams
- Identify, analyze and improve existing business/product processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards or improve quality and user experience.
- Strong and proven data analysis skills for product design and knowledge of methods for researching and analyzing product designs to determine their potential for meeting organizational standards and business needs.
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
