Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Shop By Interest team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing creators to new social commerce programs that celebrate creators who authentically create content around their favorite interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and effectively negotiate within the boundaries of acceptable deal terms for the creator program.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Lead creator recruitment for rapidly growing program.
  • Onboard and train creators on best practices, expectations, and guidelines for new content.
  • Track monthly deliverables from creators.
  • Create contracts and manage payment for all creators in the program.
  • Deliver feedback to creators.
  • Document and track program success.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
  • 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
