Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Creator Monetization team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including creators, brands, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including creators, brands, and internal teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
