About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of new monetization solutions and tools in support of our international devices business.

This role will involve partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders, and owning products that align customer benefits with long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define creative, high-quality product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
  • Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, advertiser experience, performance, and operational support load
  • Work closely with engineering teams and business teams to deliver products to market
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
A Day in the Life

This role is inherently cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with business development, engineering, finance, accounting, and executive teams.

You will own complex projects with many stakeholders, requiring deep understanding of the product vision, socialization, and difficult trade-off decisions.

You will lead across functional teams and drive consensus among contributors to deliver high-quality, durable solutions that customers and advertisers love.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company.

Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
