Director of Monetization Strategy and Pricing

Truveta is seeking a seasoned monetization strategist to lead the development of a robust monetization strategy that drives ecosystem growth and scales revenue for our company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner closely with product marketing, partner sales, product management, and finance to drive pricing and packaging strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive monetization strategy that drives ecosystem growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead the development of programmatic pricing and packaging approaches that align with business goals and market trends
  • Analyze competitor pricing strategies, market trends, and customer buying behavior to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Drive pricing updates and refreshes based on analysis and market signals
  • Define pricing and packaging approaches for new product enhancements and features to optimize value for customers and drive growth
  • Develop a pricing and revenue framework for selling and distribution through partners and resellers
  • Drive thinking around ROI and value estimation to support account upsell and expansion strategies
Requirements:
  • MBA preferred, with a strong interest in pricing and monetization
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing and monetization, ideally in SaaS or data businesses
  • Understanding of ecosystem creation, market expansion, economic markets, finance instruments, and principles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions for leading-edge SaaS pricing models
  • Ability to drive innovation and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Ability to influence and be a team player that rolls up their sleeves at the pace of a high-growth start-up

We optimize meeting hours in the Pacific Time Zone and avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT.

The base pay for this position is $181,000 to $250,000, with additional compensation opportunities available.
