Account Executive/Sales Representative

This Account Executive/Sales Representative role requires a self-motivated individual who can develop and maintain new client relationships in the Baltimore, MD area.
The successful candidate will have prior sales or commercial roofing experience and be able to analyze data, communicate effectively, and write compelling proposals.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, the Account Executive/Sales Representative will be responsible for coordinating with customers and facility managers, resolving issues, and meeting sales targets.
Our company offers a base salary of $62,500 per year, along with a competitive commission structure, company vehicle, health benefits, 401k, and vacation time.
