Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Position

As a Major Account Consultant, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success at UniFirst. You'll work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with key decision makers, and deliver exceptional customer service. In addition to your sales skills and experience, you'll need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the major account space.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with major account prospects.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and client information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to sales and marketing.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B hunting sales or sales management in a service industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, Presidents Club or equivalent achievement.
  • High-level knowledge and experience managing the entire major account sales process.
  • Experience in contract negotiations with major account prospects at the executive or C-level.
  • Proven track record of pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Autonomous, progressive take-charge attitude, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, understand, recognize, and prioritize workload.
  • High-level use of sales force automation CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight in the assigned market area.
