About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and customer satisfaction as an Account Executive at Gartner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent consultative sales skills, a deep understanding of high-tech services and software, and a proven track record of success in driving sales within large enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Quota Performance: Meet or exceed $800,000+ in contract value within a major client accounts territory.
  • Sales Enablement: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and Gartner's products and services.
  • Forecasting: Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at large enterprise organizations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-15 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment), with evidence of prior success in Sales.
  • Demonstrated Skills: Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree - desired.
  • Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph Required.

Compensation: The salary for this role is estimated to be between $129,500 and $177,000 per year, with bonus/incentive opportunities.
