About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Major Account Consultant to join our team at UniFirst. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales revenue within a defined territory. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key decision makers and navigate complex buying environments to position UniFirst for success.
  • Develop custom solutions for target accounts and quantify process improvements and savings.
  • Effectively present to diverse audiences, including large committees and executives.
  • Negotiate service requirements, pricing, and other terms and conditions conducive to creating long-term partnerships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B hunting sales or sales management in a service industry.
  • A proven track record of sales success, including Presidents Club or equivalent achievement.
  • High-level knowledge and experience managing the entire major account sales process.
  • Experience in contract negotiations with major account prospects at the executive or C-level.
  • Proven pipeline management and forecasting skills.

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. UniFirst offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
