- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to increase market share, expand existing accounts, and develop new business relationships.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, patients, and families by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their needs and concerns, and communicating the value proposition of LHC Group's services.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to ensure that LHC Group remains competitive and compliant.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the patient experience.
- Manage Sales Administration Duties: Perform administrative tasks, including sales reporting, expense tracking, and CRM management, to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Two to three years of prior successful home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
