Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Clear Channel Communications, Inc. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by developing new business through direct customer outreach and high-level agency contacts.
  • Develop long-term advertising relationships by presenting comprehensive proposals and competitive pricing structures.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff.
  • Negotiate fees or services with clients with management approval.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver proof of performance (POP) to clients.
  • Accompany clients on market tours to showcase outdoor inventory.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Ad Ops and other internal departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience.
  • Five (2) years of sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of business-to-business and progressive sales experience.
  • Knowledge of territory preferred.

  • Networking: Establishing, sustaining, and fostering professional contacts to build, enhance, and connect networks for work purposes.
  • Presentation: Preparing and delivering presentations in a variety of formal and informal settings, engaging the audience, and managing logistical components.

Other Requirements:
  • Able to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
