Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Consultative Search Group. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients, set up new vendors and General Ledger codes in the accounting system.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and reconcile bank statements, record opening Trial Balance as journal entries, and maintain accurate General Ledger/Trial Balances.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Book and process client payroll on a recurring basis, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including tax and audit, to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in accounting, business management, and/or working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, self-motivated with excellent organization skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
