Job Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive business growth in the Western United States, focusing on commercial real estate due diligence for national and regional lenders, brokers, and property owners. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships in the real estate finance sector and excel in cross-selling and introducing our service lines to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, leveraging excellent business development, customer service, and technical knowledge skills.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals and metrics, utilizing CRM tools and systems to manage activities and provide transparency to the company.
  • Provide data-driven insights to sales management, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and sales efforts to inform sales forecasts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in commercial real estate due diligence and strong relationships in the commercial real estate finance industry.
